If a player activates a room with an evocation such as Andromeda, or some spell effect, is that room considered to be activated by a mage?

Yes, if you activate a room through the Andromedas, it counts as activated by the mage!

If I activate a room with an evocation or spell effect, is that room considered to be activated by a mage?
