Can I summon equipment with a spell that allows summoning any evocation with health 3 or less?

If a spell effect allows a mage to summon an evocation with health 3 or less, can an equipment be summoned by this effect, as long as it’s printed health value is 3 or less?

No, with the cards that make you conjure an evocation with Healt 3 or Less we have a room target, the equipment cards are self-targeted.
Currently with that type of cards you will only be able to conjure "Summon with miniatures"
