Can I apply an Upgrade to a Forgotten evocation?

Black Rose Wars Rebirth: If I summon a Forgotten evocation, can I apply an Upgrade card from Technomancy or War to it? There seem to be some Forgotten evocations that become very overpowered with an Upgrade assigned.

Yes, you can apply Technomancy enhancements, but not war or forge enhancements, in which case they are not enhancements, but equipment, and summons cannot be equipped, but enhanced.
